Staff is absolutely amazing and Kim, Sherri, AND Morgan have literally all went above and beyond to help my family and I with any and everything we need! The housekeeping is also SO FRIENDLY and clean amazingly! We are very very much pleased with our stay thus far, and couldn’t have chosen a better place during these trying times for our family. One of my kids favs here is definitely the beautiful fire pit where we LOVE roasting Marshmellows and making Smores! Inside and out is kept VERY CLEAN, and even Pet Friendly, which means EVERYTHING to me, AND my service animal! We love it and THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING STAY APT!

As a Disabled Service Veteran, who suffers from medical ailments, I found the Stay Apt Suites beautiful and modern.The front desk personnel was friendly and professional. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I truly appreciated her knowledge about the facility. I recall asking about a suite; non pet friendly because I suffer from allergies which requires me to carry an Epi-pen. The young lady recommended Suite 313. OMG, I loved the apt with the modern furniture. I found my suite throughly clean. I truly enjoyed cooking and prep-ing my Thanksgiving Dinner. The residence seemed friendly and pleasant at least the ones who spoke. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee in the future I would be guarantee a non pet friendly suite. If I could be guarantee, I look forward to returning. However, based on the presence of a beautiful dog and an empty cat litter box being tossed into the dumpster, I dont believe it's best for me to take a chance. I really lucked out this time and i truly enjoyed my stay. The residence whether temporary or permanent are blessed to have a beautiful and modern apt suites. Please take care of your suites. Trust me, I own two time shares in Las Vegas and I'm tired of calling management, regards cleaning the outside refrigerator door or cleaning the stove or countertop especially when I just checked in and the facility was well aware months prior of my arrival.

Can’t say enough good things about Danielle at the front office. She was absolutely amazing. Our room was not ready at check in but she took it upon herself to clean it and make us feel welcome. We had to wait 45 minutes, but we didn’t care. When we asked for extra towels later in our stay she brought them to us! The room, a double bed, was very nice. Beds are a bit hard but otherwise fine. Noise level from the roads was unbearable. We bought earplugs at Walmart so we could sleep. The place is convenient to everything. Love having a full kitchen, but they definitely need to add more parts. There was no starter dish soap, no pan to bake food. There was a fry pan and toaster. We went to the dollar store and bought what we needed but it would have been nice to know in advance or better yet, they have it available in the room. Only 3-4 utensils of each so that was a lot of washing! All in all, our 5 night stay was good and we’d definitely consider this place again. Irmo SC.

This place is great. We stayed here for almost three weeks while waiting on our home to close. Mata (the GM, sorry if I didn't spell her name right) was wonderful and so was her staff. The rooms are very clean, large with plenty of space and we had a great dane and three cats with us. Plenty of parking and very easy access to hwy 26, near by shopping and restaurants. Great little outdoor court yard with seating and BBQ grills. When we have out of town guest visiting, they will stay here for sure. Great job!

I loved my stay there is a 250 accidental fee that I was not aware of but after being educated on everything by Avery it was worth it the rooms are great spacious with a full kitchen abd the bed was so comfortable, very clean and easy to navigate for interstate to mall. It was a quick stay for the holidays but I would refer anyday

I have no complaints about this property. I was here a week. And the rooms are clean. The location is within walking distance to many food spots. I had nobody bother me the entire week. It was refreshing. The laundry has an app on your phone you can tap to pay with so no quarters needed. I will say they give you extra room keys for a reason. The office closes early every night. And I left my key inside one night and it was a good hour wait for someone to come and let me in. She didn't have an attitude and wasn't aggravated about it. Like you would expect. They also have big fire pits outside you can make s'mores on. It was really nice

My newlywed daughter plans to move to the Columbia area. I will, with no doubts, always stay at this establishment. The front desk personnel were wonderful and welcoming. Only problem we had were people bouncing a balls on the floor above us and running back and forth through the apartment room above us. I truly would not mind during waking hours but this occurred at midnight and for quite awhile afterwards. I had my daughter's wedding the following morning. I called the person covering the front desk. He said it would be resolved. The exact same thing happened the next night. A bit frustrating to say the least. Otherwise the rooms were expensive, we equiped, and very clean. I haven't enjoyed staying at a hotel in a long time. Hopefully I'll never get inconsiderate people above me again. Thank you for making my stay mostly wonderful. I will always use this hotel every time I go to visit my daughter and my new additional son.

Great place, our only issues were the shower but it's a brand new building with things still going on, and no trash can what so ever in the room, but a few provided around the courtyard, and it really needs more parking also. Otherwise we enjoyed the courtyard, beds, cleaning was good, and overall nice stay. I like how the staff routinely check the property. Everyone staff I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable.
